Upper Limits celebrates Global Climbing Day with free rock climbing and outdoor yoga Saturday, August 18

WHAT:
Upper Limits is hosting a day of free rock climbing and outdoor yoga at the Downtown St. Louis location for Global Climbing Day.
WHO:
Event is open to the public, all ages.
WHEN:
Saturday, August 18, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Schedule:  

**Angie Burger food truck will serve lunch.

10:00am – Free Climbing Begins (*gear rental not included)

10:30am – Dynamic Stretching (10min)

11:30am – Dynamic Stretching (10min)

12:30pm – Dynamic Stretching (10min)

1:00pm – ZAP Pilates (25min)

1:30pm – Dynamic Stretching (10min)

2:00pm – ZAP Pilates (25min)

3:30pm – Yoga Class (35min)

4:30pm – Yoga Class (35min)

5:30pm – Yoga Class (35min)

8:00pm – Gym Closes

DETAILS:
Upper Limits is partnering with The North Face to celebrate Global Climbing Day. Climbers using auto-belays must weigh at least 30 lbs.  All new climbers will receive introductory climbing instruction when they arrive. The North Face will donate one dollar to the Khumbu Climbing Center in Nepal for every person who climbs at Upper Limits and other participating gyms on Global Climbing Day.  Angie Burger Food Truck will serve lunch.  Facebook event: www.facebook.com/events/666554857011157
