A Missouri-based developer is preparing to break ground this spring on a new 16-building, multi-family community in Springdale.
Mia Rose Holdings, a real estate development firm based in Chesterfield, Mo., is partnering with Arkansas general contractor ERC Construction Group on the project, entitled PURE Springdale. This “live, work, play” development will consist of 234 one-and-two bedroom apartment units, totaling 234,000-square-feet, within 16 three-story buildings. In total, there will be 163 one-bedroom units and 71 two-bedroom units.
The development will also feature a range of amenities, including walking trails, three ponds, a resort-inspired pool, a 1,300-squre-foot fitness center, technology lounge, gated dog park and greenspace with grills and seating.
The new construction will be centered on 13.7 acres located near Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital and the northwest Arkansas Naturals Stadium.
“With the shift towards working at home during the pandemic, PURE Springdale is designed to provide residents with not only a home but also a home office. Through a thoughtful and progressive design, our vision is to create a special community that feels like an exclusive neighborhood where people can connect with themselves and others,” Mia Rose Holding, LLC founding principal Tom Kaiman said in a statement. “Extensive community amenities will allow residents the convenience to work and exercise without ever leaving their apartment community.”
Courtyard Building Block LLC is serving as the architect with Crafton Tull serving as the engineer of record. Trinity Multifamily will be the property manager.
A groundbreaking is projected for spring 2021 with an estimated completion date of fall 2022.
