| Lindell Boulevard at DeBaliviere Avenue has reopened after crews installed tracks for the Loop Trolley.
Northbound DeBaliviere between Lindell and Forest Park Parkway remains closed until Friday night. Take Union to Pershing for DeBaliviere access. The $51 million project will have about a two mile trolley track run from the Delmar Loop in University City to Forest Park. KSDK-TV © March 2016 |
