| Wiegmann Associates has begun construction of an $800,000 HVAC project for a tenant build-out at Aviator Business Park in Hazelwood. The project includes installing mechanical system infrastructure for the 535,000-square-foot space that will house Silgan Plastics’ St. Louis production facility, a Weekends Only storage warehouse, and a shell warehouse. Construction is scheduled for completion in December.
