Brinkmann Constructors is building three retirement communities, including a facility designed exclusively for residents needing memory care, in the St. Louis area.
The projects are being developed by Chicago-based Senior Lifestyle Corp.
Two of the projects are expected to open early next year. A $17 million memory-care facility, The Sheridan at Creve Coeur, will feature 53 living units. And the $24 million Sheridan at Laumeier Park in Sunset Hills will include 43 assisted-living apartments plus 41 memory-care residences.
A third property, The Sheridan at Chesterfield, with 91 assisted-living apartments, is scheduled to open next summer.
Brinkmann is the general contractor and Wiegmann Associates is the mechanical contractor on all three projects.
