Chesterfield-based developer Mia Rose Holdings is partnering to build a $35 million multifamily development in northwest Arkansas.
Mia Rose Holdings is working with Arkansas-based general contractor ERC Construction Group to build PURE Springdale, a 16-building, 234-unit development with one- and two-bedrooms on 13.7 acres in Springdale, Arkansas. The architect is Courtyard Building and Block LLC, the engineer of record is Crafton Tull and the property manager is Trinity Multifamily.
Northwest Arkansas, comprised of four of the 10 largest cities in the state, was one of the fastest growing metropolitan regions in the country from 2010 to 2019, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. PURE Springdale is located near Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital, Northwest Arkansas Naturals Stadium and new corporate office buildings.
A ground breaking will occur this spring, with delivery slated for fall 2022, according to a release.
The development marks the first joint venture between Mia Rose Holdings and ERC, which have both worked on recent projects in the St. Louis area. Mia Rose Holdings developed the mixed-use project The Junction in Wentzville and the Maryville University Hockey Center. ERC worked on the multifamily development PURE St. Peters.
“With the shift toward working at home during the pandemic, PURE Springdale is designed to provide residents with not only a home but also a home office. Extensive community amenities will allow residents the convenience to work and exercise without ever leaving their apartment community,” Mia Rose Holdings Principal Tom Kaiman said in a statement.
Founded in 2014 by Kaiman, Mia Rose Holdings specializes in mixed-use developments, multifamily projects and athletic facilities, the latter of which was inspired by Kaiman’s professional hockey career playing for the Arkansas Riverblades, Baton Rouge Kingfish and Lowell Lockmonsters, according to a release.
