| The intersection of Delmar and Skinker boulevards, which closed April 25 so crews could install tracks for the Loop Trolley, re-opened Thursday, one day ahead of schedule.
Traffic to the Delmar Loop had been detoured on Forest Park Parkway (the east-west detour to Delmar), and to Big Bend Boulevard and DeBaliviere Avenue (the north-south alternatives to Skinker between Delmar and Forest Park Parkway). More than 85 percent of the track for the new trolley is installed.
