ST LOUIS, MO – John Jackson Neighborhood Real Estate has completed the renovation of their headquarters at 105 E. Argonne Drive in Downtown Kirkwood. The transformation of the early-1900s building included exposing the brick walls, restoring the original tin ceiling and building out the interior to create unique spaces for staff and clients to work and meet. A rustic, weathered company logo was painted onto the exposed brick in the reception area to celebrate the historic building.
The newly refurbished 2,000-square-foot workspace includes a conference room, a full kitchen, flexible work space, three renovated restrooms and a home-like living room area for meeting with home buyers and sellers. A wall featuring an eight-foot sliding glass door was added to create a separate a work area with for the company’s sales agents. New lighting, paint, fixtures and flooring were added throughout. The exterior was updated with new signage, paint and outdoor seating.

John Jackson Neighborhood Real Estate purchased the 2,400-square-foot brick building across from the Farmer’s Market in the heart of Kirkwood in Dec. 2014. Strange Donuts is a tenant in the building, occupying 400 square feet of space.
