Knoebel Construction served as general contractor on a new Drake’s restaurant and entertainment venue in O’Fallon, Illinois.
The 6,014-square-foot facility features two full-service bars and a covered patio. When open to full capacity, the restaurant can accommodate indoor seating for 134 guests and outdoor patio seating for 30.
The location is the first in the St. Louis region. Knoebel Construction was selected as general contractor for additional locations in Louisville, Kentucky, and Evansville, Indiana.
Drake’s, an entity of Bluegrass Hospitality Group, is a Kentucky-based chain with 15 locations across the Midwest and Southeast.
