Kwame Building Group Inc. completed Phase I of construction at CIC@CET, a $5 million Cortex Innovation Community renovation project at the Center for Emerging Technologies. The Cambridge Innovation Center and Arcturis provided architectural design for the project. CIC-St. Louis manages and operates the project. The project is based in two buildings totaling 87,000 square feet at 20 South Sarah Street. Phase I included renovations and installations to approximately 7,500 square feet of space on the first floor of one of the buildings. Subsequent phases will add new office spaces on the second floor of that building and upgrades to other areas of both buildings. Built in 1907, the two buildings have been remodeled and expanded several times. St. Louis Post Dispatch © May 2015 |
