ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI – The Loop Trolley Transportation Development District (TDD) is hosting a public open house on Thursday, July 24, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Regional Arts Commission to meet the community, present the Loop Trolley project and discuss construction impacts.
Renderings and maps will show the trolley route, station stops, the greenway and more. Loop Trolley TDD representatives will be available to answer questions but no formal presentation will be made, so the public can stop by anytime between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. WHAT: Loop Trolley Open House The 2.2-mile Loop Trolley, owned by the Loop Trolley Transportation Development District, will promote connectivity, environmentally friendly transportation, economic development and pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods. This fixed-track vintage trolley system will add to the quality of life, increase tourism, and spur economic development. Built in a first-class manner, the Loop Trolley will be an environmentally positive attraction, a prototype for connecting other areas in St. Louis through clean electric transit, and a source of pride for the metropolitan area.
