| ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI – McGrath & Associates has completed construction of the $5 million Bloomsdale Medical Center, an expansion of Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Bloomsdale, Missouri. Archimages was the architect.
The new facility is a regional center for women’s and family health. In addition to the comprehensive women’s health services, a pharmacy and the primary care clinics of Donald Balacuit, D.O., Jonathan Bird, M.D., and Briccio Cadiz, M.D. are located in the two-story medical building. “We have brought to this community a spectacular medical office building that expands access to some of the best medical care and women’s health services in southeast Missouri,” said Tom Keim, CEO of Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital. The center for women’s health and wellness was designed to be woman-friendly with a spa-like look and feel. The center offers diagnostics, breast care and imaging with five exam rooms, digital mammography, ultrasound, bone density, stereotactic breast biopsy, private consultation room, an education conference room and a massage area. The primary care facility features six exam rooms, blood draw, x-ray capabilities, and a retail pharmacy to support the clinic’s expanded hours. Second floor clinic space was built with flexibility to provide for specialty healthcare needs as they arise.
