| ST. LOUIS, MO – McGrath & Associates has begun construction of a $1 million retail building at Lindbergh Blvd. and Lemay Ferry Road in South St. Louis County. Future tenants of the 4,300-square-foot building include a Starbucks with drive-up service and a Sleep Number store. The architect is Dawdy & Associates.
McGrath also built the adjacent 7,000-square-foot building which houses Maytag, AT&T and Imo’s Pizza. These two buildings, along with an adjacent 18,000-square-foot office building and 10,000-square-foot retail center, will be rebranded as Lindbergh Commons in 2014.
