ST. LOUIS, MO – Growing St. Louis-based developer Mia Rose Holdings (MRH) has expanded its leadership team with the addition of a partner, Mark Paluczak, in the new role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A Certified Public Accountant, Paluczak brings more than 22 years of financial management experience, most recently as the Tax Managing Director for a national accounting and professional service firm. For eight years, he has advised MRH on all aspects of tax compliance.
As CFO, Paluczak will oversee all financial and accounting aspects of the firm as it develops and acquires multi-family communities in strategic markets. He is responsible for forming and executing financial strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and account for market influences and industry trends. He also will manage and monitor cash flow and assets, perform risk management assessments for new projects and prepare all financial, planning, budgeting and long-term forecasting reports.

Paluczak holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from University of Missouri–St. Louis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).
