| The Missouri Gaming Association is accepting submissions for the Project 21 scholarship. Students are asked to educate peers on the dangers of underage gaming. Applicants must write and publish an original article in the school newspaper, or create a poster or video and display it at their high school for at least one full week in February or March. Entries must be submitted by April 12. Applications are available online at www.missouricasinos.org or by calling 573-634-4001. Written requests can be sent to P.O. Box 305, Jefferson City, Mo., 65102.
