Envision LLC acquired Solution Consultants Inc.
Royal Bancshares Inc. completed the purchase of Saints Avenue Bancshares Inc. and its banking subsidiary, Saints Avenue Bank, with offices in St. Charles, New London, Center and Hannibal in Missouri. The transaction increases Royal Banks to 17 offices in Missouri and southern Illinois.

UFirst joined the Valley Insurance Agency Alliance family of independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois.
Construction began on a new Burger King being rebuilt at 10734 Sunset Hills Plaza in Sunset Hills. The restaurant, operated by Broadway Restaurant Group, will be one of the first in the world to debut Burger King’s new exterior restaurant design. The renovated restaurant is scheduled to reopen in late July.
