ST. LOUIS, MO– Todd Nelson of Saint Peters, MO, has joined Knoebel Construction as project manager.  He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of select retail center, restaurant, grocery and retail store construction projects, both in St. Louis and nationally.  He has 17 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southwest Missouri State University.
