| KMOV.com 50 percent of the Loop Trolley Project track has officially been installed, meaning business on Delmar Boulevard can return to normal. Business owners on the loop are thrilled as this phase of the project finished two weeks ahead of schedule, before Thanksgiving and in time for the holiday shopping season. The $43 million project will create a two-mile loop to connect riders from Delmar to the History Museum in Forest Park. Work began in March of this year and is scheduled to be complete in 2016.
