ST. LOUIS – The City of Chesterfield has contracted Air Masters for a $724,000 HVAC upgrade at Chesterfield City Hall. Air Masters will function as the Prime Contractor, managing all construction work and activities to fulfill the scope directed by the City of Chesterfield. The project will replace the existing 14-year-old heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, which includes five rooftop units, one ground mounted condensing unit, three boilers located in the lower level of the building, and controls. Construction is scheduled to begin October 2015 and end December 2015.
