CU Realty was launched in 2000 by a real estate broker and a technology expert with the vision to make homeownership easier and more affordable for credit union members. It’s program, HomeAdvantage, became one of the first portals in the nation to offer searchable property listings on the internet.
CU Realty’s turnkey real estate marketing platform helps credit unions retain more of its member’s purchase mortgage business. The frontend offers tools that attract members at the beginning of their home buying journey while the backend systems nurture them until they are ready to transact.
