ST. LOUIS, MO – Knoebel Construction, Inc. of Chesterfield, MO, has broken ground on the vertical construction of the Shoppes at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, MO. The $54 million project consists of 14 buildings within the 270,000-square-foot shopping center located just north of Interstate 70 in St. Charles County, MO. The buildings will be constructed concurrently, with scheduled completion in the fall of 2017. The developer is GBT Realty Corp. of Brentwood, TN. The architect is MJM Architects of Nashville, TN.
The Shoppes at Mid Rivers is located on a high-visibility, 28-acre parcel directly across I-70 from Mid Rivers Mall, the only regional mall in St. Charles County.
