Knoebel Construction, a general contractor that focuses on retail, restaurant and grocery projects, has moved its headquarters from Fenton to Chesterfield.

The company said Tuesday its new headquarters of 9,688 square feet of space at 18333 Wings Corporate Drive is more than double the size of its former office in Fenton.

Features of the new headquarters include 18 offices, three conference rooms, a team engagement area, a kitchen and 2,500 square feet of warehouse space. The purchasing agent was NAI Desco.

Knoebel owners Matthew Mabie and Keith Snider, former company employees, bought the firm in 2012.
