SPRINGDALE, AR – The PURE Springdale multi-family community in the Northwest Arkansas city of Springdale is now complete and welcoming residents. The community, which was developed by Mia Rose Holding and ERC Holdings, includes 163 one-bedroom units and 71 two-bedroom units spread across 16 three-story buildings.

Located next to the Arvest Ballpark, the 13-acre site is visible from I-49 and also conveniently located near Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital, Northwest Arkansas Naturals Stadium, Northwest Arkansas Community College Washington County Center and several new corporate office buildings on adjacent land.

“The entire Mia Rose development team is excited to see our first Northwest Arkansas community start to fill with residents who call it home. PURE Springdale is just the start of our ‘49 Growth Plan’ to fulfill the need for quality multifamily housing along the Highway 49 Corridor driven by exciting growth across the region,” said Tom Kaiman, founder of Mia Rose Holdings.

The “live, work, play” community, PURE Springdale features walking paths, three ponds, a resort-inspired pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center with club-quality equipment, gated dog park, numerous greenspace gathering areas featuring grills and seating for intimate gatherings as well as professional landscaping using local vegetation. To support the work-from-home lifestyle, the complex offers tenants a technology lounge, business center, private work pods and a conference room.

“Springdale is a growing community in need of unique housing that will set this city apart from others located in the growing Northwest Arkansas metro area. The location is considered to be within the Northwest Arkansas metro area’s main thoroughfare, yet offers residents a unique, apartment-community feel that is not currently available in this area of Springdale. PURE Springdale is about creating the feeling of home within the business mecca,” said Rob Coleman, President at ERC Holdings.

Five high-end and uniquely designed building styles feature spacious interiors and thoughtful layouts. All units have washers and dryers, ENERGY STAR-rated kitchen appliances, energy-efficient mechanical systems, upscale interior finishes and window coverings. Single-car garages are available for 32 residents at an additional fee. Property manager Trinity Multifamily began pre-leasing units in early 2022. The architect was Courtyard Building and Block, LLC and the Engineer of Record was Crafton Tull.

Northwest Arkansas (NWA) is a growing metropolitan area and region within the Ozark Mountains. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, NWA was the 13th fastest-growing metro area in the nation between 2010 and 2019. Four of the ten largest cities in Arkansas are located here: Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. Situated in both Washington and Benton counties, Springdale is the fourth-largest city in Arkansas with a population of more than 81,000.
