The community along Northwest Arkansas’ Highway 49 corridor is the fifth as part of the developer’s ‘49 Growth Plan’

ST. LOUIS, MO – Mia Rose Holdings LLC has closed the land and loan for a new Class-A multi-family community known as ‘The Junction at Shiloh’ in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  The Junction at Shiloh will feature 12 studio, 118 one-bedroom, 35 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom high-end units. This is the fifth community that Mia Rose Holdings LLC is strategically developing alongside Northwest Arkansas’ Highway 49 as part of its ‘49 Growth Plan’ to support the immense growth of the region. Conveniently located on North Shiloh Drive at the Stephen Carr Memorial Boulevard exit, the community will attract a wide demographic tenant base due to its location along Highway 49 with proximity to both the University of Arkansas and the major employers in the region. The community will also have direct access to Hamestring Creek Trail.  Construction is scheduled to begin in the 3rd Quarter of 2023 and the first units will begin opening mid-year 2024.

With other developments in Springdale (234 units), Lowell (152 units), Rogers (226 units) and Bentonville (200 units), Mia Rose Holdings has committed to approximately 1,000 units of multi-family housing to support the region’s incredible growth, as vacancy rates in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas remain historically low.

“Our vision from day one in Northwest Arkansas was to be a helpful and respectful development partner to assist the region in their growth and to provide essential needs like appropriate and affordable housing.  The population growth spurred by the leading companies and their families has been super impressive to witness. Their reinvestment in the community is really something special the rest of the nation should be watching,” said Tom Kaiman, Founder of Mia Rose Holdings.

The Junction at Shiloh will include construction of four, three-story buildings and a resort style pool on approximately 12 acres. Units range from 628 to 1,291 square feet. The architect is Rosemann & Associates, MEP engineering is provided by The Engenuity, Inc. and civil engineering is provided by Crafton Tull.  The MEP contractor is Kimbel Mechanical and the sitework contractor is Oelke Construction.  Mia Rose Holdings is the owner/developer. Financing was provided by Southern Bank. Asset Living will manage the property.

All units will have full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel kitchen appliances, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, nine-foot ceilings, vinyl wood plank floors, elite quartz countertops, premium light and plumbing fixtures, backlit mirrors, premium soft-close cabinets and roller-shade window coverings.

The amenity-rich “live, work, play” apartment community will feature a resort-inspired pool and pool deck, a fitness center with commercial-grade fitness equipment, a technology lounge/business center with coworking space, numerous greenspace gathering areas and professional landscaping using locally popular vegetation.
