| The intersection at Skinker and Delmar boulevards will close Monday, April 25, for 12 days for the installation of the Loop Trolley track. According to a release, more than 85 percent of the trolley track has been installed and the Skinker/Delmar intersection is one of the last major sections of the 2.2-mile, $51 million project that connects Forest Park to the Loop.
