McGrath & Associates, a general contractor and construction management firm, has launched an architectural division led by Senior Architect John E. Davis II, a licensed architect with 17 years’ experience. Ryan Haines is McGrath’s Project Architect. Integrating in-house architectural capabilities into their building process allows McGrath to more efficiently tackle clients’ construction projects, according to McGrath President Ken Knobbe. The new division also enhances McGrath’s ability to deliver fast-track, cost-effective and high-quality design/build solutions for their healthcare, industrial, pharmaceutical and commercial clients. McGrath & Associates is a 35-year-old construction company with more than 100 employees. McGrath has completed or is in the process of designing more than 24 projects since it launched the architectural division nine months ago. McGrath is licensed to complete architectural design/build projects in both Missouri and Illinois.
