Brinkmann Constructors is building a $31 million senior living community called the Sheridan at Chesterfield.

The property features 62 assisted living apartments and 29 memory care units on a 3.2-acre site. It is scheduled to open in late summer 2017. Wiegmann Associates is the mechanical contractor.

The Sheridan at Chesterfield is being developed by Senior Lifestyle Corp., which is developing two other Sheridan properties in the St. Louis area, the Sheridan at Laumeier Park in Sunset Hills and the Sheridan at Creve Coeur.
