Integrated Facility Services completed its work on a $4.9 million HVAC renovation project for the Hannibal School District. IFS was part of a team assembled by Performance Services Inc., which implemented a complete replacement of the existing building’s plumbing system, installed new ceilings and lighting in all classrooms and corridors and a new addressable fire alarm system, and upgraded electrical service.
