Knoebel Construction completed the $3 million renovation of the historic Langenberg Hat Building in Washington, Mo.

As general contractor, Knoebel converted the two-story brick building into a multiuse space featuring six two-bedroom lofts and a sit-down restaurant, Streetside Tacos, on the first floor.
