Knoebel Construction completed the $2 million HopCat restaurant and craft beer bar in a renovated building in the Delmar Loop.
The 8,580-square-foot location features seating for 245 guests, an outdoor beer garden and event space. Knoebel was the general contractor. The developer was BarFly Ventures, and the architect was Cuhaci & Peterson.
Knoebel renovated the building while preserving as much of the original structure as possible, including wood beams and exposed brick. It is HopCat’s 17th location in the United States.
