In her new role, Cain-Proctor will oversee infrastructure construction projects, including aviation, tunnel, light rail and roads.
Cain-Proctor has more than 18 years of experience in construction project management and engineering. She earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in structural/geotechnical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and the American Institute of Architecture.
