Al Droste & Sons Construction Co. served as the general contractor on the newly completed headquarters for TSI Global Cos. LLC in St. Charles.
The 39,600-square-foot facility in the 370 Tech Center includes technology test labs, demo rooms, help desk, fabrication shop and training centers. TSI, a design and build technology integrator, and its affiliate company, Miami Tribal Systems Integrators, will move into the building this month. MTSI is a Tribally Owned 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business offering high-tech solutions to government clients.
Wiegmann Associates was the mechanical contractor for the project, which includes 7,000 square feet of office warehouse space available for lease.
TSI previously occupied a building on the same lot of the 370 Tech Center. Wiegmann and St. Charles Office Furniture occupy spaces within the same building and plan to expand into the recently vacated space to support their ongoing growth.
