The new Center for Nursing and Health Sciences at St. Louis Community College’s Forest Park campus is scheduled to be ready for students in August.
Tarlton Corp. is serving as construction manager on the new 96,000-square-foot facility, the first new building to be constructed on the campus in nearly 20 years.
KAI Design-Build is the project architect. Wiegmann Associates is serving as mechanical contractor and has completed HVAC work on the facility, which is LEED-registered (Silver targeted) with the U.S. Green Building Council.
When completed, the Center for Nursing and Health Sciences will serve approximately 900 students each year.
