BLOOMINGTON, IL – Upper Limits is hosting the 2nd annual Ropeless Rodeo outdoor bouldering competition on Sunday, October 7 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m at Upper Limits Bloomington, 1304 W Washington Street. Amateur and experienced adult and youth climbers are invited to participate.
The cost to enter is $30 per person if pre-registered or $40 if registering the day of the event. Upper Limits members receive a $5 discount. The competition will be “redpoint” format. Participants will have three hours to climb. The accumulated points of each climber’s top five problems count towards their overall score and placement within their division. There will be four divisions; Recreational, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite.
